1.How to Order-Go to Shop on our website, the shop has different products and brands. Add your products to your cart and check out following the checkout instructions.

2.Please allow 5 working days for delivery, no queries or e-mails regarding shipping will be answered before this time.

3.We use couriers for shipping, so we will need a home or work address where there is someone during the day to collect the parcel.

4.Please track and trace your own parcel or phone the couriers, once we sent you the couriers name and tracking number. No e-mails will be answered regarding this.

5.If you tracking number is not showing on the courier’s system, please wait a day or two as we sometimes post after the cut off time or they pick up too late.

6.We only post Monday's to Thursday’s, not on Friday’s, Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Public Holidays.

7.We do not accept responsibility for parcels if details are wrongly supplied or filled in.

8.Shipping only available in South Africa.

9.We do not ship to PO Boxes or Post Office.

10.EFT payments can take up to a few hours to reflect.
